As a Deputy Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Conduct job analyses to understand the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each role.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Assist in the scheduling and conducting of interviews and assessments.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including data entry and report generation.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
