📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the performance of our online stores across Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure inventory levels and product listings are up-to-date and optimized for sales.
• Monitor and manage ad spend across various platforms to maximize ROI.
• Conduct regular audits of our e-commerce operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth in digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
