Express Hub Pratama is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various activities related to human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.,Support the HR department in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR-related systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
