📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.,Oversee staffing, training, and performance management to ensure a motivated and skilled team.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
