📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with suitable candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Maintaining a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as required.
