• Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality meals using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
• Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
• Train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team.
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Cook or equivalent.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
