Tropical Paradise Resorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Hospitality Coordinator to join our team in Bangka Belitung. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our resort, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, including housekeeping, dining, and guest services.,Ensure that all resort policies and procedures are followed, and that the resort is maintained to a high standard.,Manage and motivate the resort staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and committed to providing excellent service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the resort are running smoothly.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Plan and organize special events and activities for guests, such as weddings, conferences, and team-building exercises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of resort operations, including housekeeping, dining, and guest services.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Previous experience working in a tropical resort or similar environment is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Experience with resort management software and systems.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.Experience with event planning and coordination.Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
