📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes, procedures, and incidents for future reference.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g.PythonBash).Familiarity with ITIL framework.Experience with cloud services (e.g.AWSAzure).Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.Experience with IT asset management tools.Understanding of ITIL Service Management practices.
