📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote our tea products.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Assist in the coordination of events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.,Maintain and update the company's marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.,Provide support to the Marketing Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for tea and the F&B industry.
