📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.,Conduct regular sales audits and provide feedback to sales teams to improve performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
