📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock taking and ordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and safety standards.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
