📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring they meet client expectations and exceed their goals.
• Coordinate with event planners, catering specialists, and venue managers to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all aspects of the event are delivered on time and within budget.
• Leverage event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all attendees.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully managing high-profile events.
• Strong knowledge of event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Event Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
