The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services, including event planning, coordination, and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and service providers.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, table settings, and equipment setup.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Collaborate with the event coordinator to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.,Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the event, ensuring guest satisfaction.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up to ensure everything is in order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination tasks.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
