📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve store and company goals.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
