As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.,Administrate employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
