📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Contact potential customers to promote Quick Mart Indonesia's products and services.,Maintain and update customer records and sales leads.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stay updated with market trends and industry news.,Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using telephony and CRM software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
