As the Lead Admin Finance, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the company.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff to ensure high performance.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
