📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading a team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets and promote our pharmaceutical products.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.

Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Developing and presenting compelling sales pitches and training materials to the sales team.

Monitoring and reporting on team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Participating in product launches and promotional events to drive sales and brand awareness.

Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to stay informed about new products and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as part of the job.
