📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
