In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and budgets.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve efficiency and quality.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.,Handle any production-related issues and resolve them promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in production.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
