📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
