As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
