This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the outlet from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the local community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, motivation, and performance reviews.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
