📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data by reviewing and verifying reports from various departments.,Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to provide financial insights and analysis for investor communications.,Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and financial disclosures.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.,Provide training and support to junior staff on financial reporting processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
