📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.,Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies.,Monitor and report on store performance, including sales and inventory turnover.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Handle cash transactions and manage the store's budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including inventory management systems.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
