📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Oversee the preparation of ingredients and ensure they are properly stored and used.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in menu development and cost analysis to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to manage a team and ensure high standards of food quality and safety.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience with menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.
