📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are stocked and used efficiently.,Work with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and served on time.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training new kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and concerns related to food quality.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Staff Kitchen or similar role.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
