📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell our products and services.,Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.,Achieving sales targets and quotas.,Providing excellent customer service and support.,Gathering and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
