📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet business and user needs,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design,Mentor and support junior designers in the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field,3+ years of experience in UI/UX design,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD,Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer,Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and user research skills,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment,Understanding of design systems and accessibility best practices
