📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to commercial and corporate teams, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
• Manage and review legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on potential business partners and transactions.
• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
• Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigation and exploitation.
• Collaborate with property managers, developers, and legal counsel to address legal issues and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends, applying this knowledge to support the company’s legal strategy.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including environmental and social compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on retail and commercial property.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international commercial law, including contract law, property law, and corporate law.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing, with the ability to draft and negotiate legal documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address legal risks and opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in commercial and corporate law is a plus.
