📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee plantation, including harvesting, processing, and quality control.
• Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to enhance productivity and environmental stewardship.
• Manage and mentor a team of farm workers, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor crop health and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of coffee beans to our processing facilities.
• Participate in industry conferences and training programs to stay updated on the latest agricultural technologies and best practices.
• Work with the finance team to manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing agricultural practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coffee plantation management or a similar role in the agricultural sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing coffee plantations.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including crop management, pest control, and soil health.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with agricultural software like CropX or AgriWeb.
• Certification in Sustainable Agriculture or similar field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
