📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure drawings accurately reflect design concepts.
• Produce high-quality, precise drawings that meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain drawing sets, schedules, and other related documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software updates, and best practices in architectural drafting.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and ensure they are complete and accurate.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably in architectural or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and designers.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to the architectural and construction industry.
