🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
