As a Patient Care Frontliner - Medical Receptionist & Administrative Support, you'll be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, and providing administrative support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist patients at the reception desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and accurate patient information.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with medical regulations.
- Support the team in any additional tasks as required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
