As a Customs Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing all import-related documents, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work and hands-on coordination.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth importation processes.
Monitor and update customs clearance status for all incoming shipments.
Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and import/export laws.
Prepare and submit customs declaration forms (BC 2.3) using the e-Customs system.
Handle customs clearance for both air and sea shipments.
Assist in resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the import process.
Maintain accurate records of all import-related transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in customs administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of customs procedures, import/export regulations, and trade compliance.
Proficiency in using e-Customs and other customs-related software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid Indonesian work permit or visa.
