📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and other critical applications.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in managing ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, security, and cloud computing.
• Certifications in IT management, such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP, are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
