📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Daily pond management and maintenance, including feeding schedules, water quality monitoring, and disease prevention.
• Support the Fishery Manager in implementing sustainable aquaculture practices, such as water quality management and fish health monitoring.
• Assist in harvesting and processing fish, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of pond infrastructure to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to implement and monitor feeding programs to optimize fish growth and health.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in aquaculture practices.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to pond management and fish health.
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment through adherence to safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aquaculture operations, preferably in pond management.
• Knowledge of sustainable aquaculture practices and water quality management.
• Familiarity with fish health monitoring and disease prevention techniques.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from the Fishery Manager.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid certification in aquaculture or related field.
• Familiarity with using aquaculture software and tools such as AquaCulturePro or similar.
• Willingness to work in remote areas and adapt to the local environment.
