Our warehouse in Bali is equipped with the latest technology, including WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System), which will be your primary tools for managing inventory and coordinating shipments. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and logistics, with the potential to advance to more senior positions within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory using WMS and TMS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with our transportation partners to schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to maintain high standards of product integrity.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, working closely with our transportation team.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and picking processes.
• Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, shipment statuses, and other key metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with WMS and TMS systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a fork lift truck.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a bonus.
